Going for it..
Just thought I’d dust off the cobwebs of this blog and put some updated 1’s and 0’s. I go through phases of blogging like an addict and avoiding it like the plague. I don’t know how long this phase is going to last…
Went to Maui and visited a new acquaintance and made even newer ones. I heard that Donavon Frankenreiter opened a new bar and rumor had it that he was playing a set so I checked it out. It was pretty sick and the vibe was pure local style..laidback. The legendary waterman, Titus Kinimaka backed him on vocals and guitar. I thought he looked a lil iced-out and so did said new acquaintance. Pretty sad.
All in all it was a great two days—got some surf in and ate a burrito, the two pre-reqs when I go off island. I had to take the first boat back today which set me up for a day of fatigue. Oh well, like my cousin says, “You play, you pay” I think I got more play on this trip though..:)

Coolest fucking website courtesy of LUJ. It’s basically a video mail service where you can send videos in place of emails to friends if you have a webcam (and honestly, who doesn’t have one these days?) I’ve been HOOKED like a crack baby sucking on a cocaine frosted teat. Sent almost eveyone I know a video mail whether they wanted it or not.
It’s funny how you notice your mannerisms when you’re caught on tape though. For instance, I never realized how much of a deep breath I take between sentences and how I over use the word “anyway.” Anyway, if you want a video mail from me hit me up and leave your email addy if I don’t already have it. 3 years agoClaudia tried to use her voice recording for her ringtone on my phone. It didn’t work, but it worked in this song…dirty, crunchy and distorted!
